Implementasi Protokol Kesehatan: Analisis Efektivitas Sertifikasi CHSE pada Travel Agent di Indonesia

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas implementasi sertifikasi Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) pada industri travel agent di Indonesia melalui kajian sistematis terhadap literatur relevan periode 2021–2025. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode systematic literature review yang mencakup identifikasi, seleksi, dan sintesis tematik atas sumber-sumber ilmiah bereputasi. Hasil kajian mengungkapkan bahwa sertifikasi CHSE memberikan dampak signifikan dalam tiga dimensi utama, yaitu peningkatan standardisasi operasional melalui protokol kebersihan, kesehatan, keamanan transaksi, dan praktik ramah lingkungan; penguatan kepercayaan wisatawan melalui verifikasi kualitas layanan yang terukur; serta penciptaan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan (Mukhlis et al., 2025; Sari et al., 2024; Hidayat et al., 2023). Travel agent tersertifikasi CHSE menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen hingga 73%, penurunan keluhan pelanggan 60%, dan tingkat pembelian ulang 45% lebih tinggi dibandingkan kompetitor tanpa sertifikasi (Mukhlis et al., 2025). Namun, implementasi menghadapi tantangan dalam konsistensi penerapan protokol harian, keterbatasan sistem pemantauan berkelanjutan, serta beban adaptasi biaya bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (Annisa, 2021; Iwanarta, 2022; Rahman & Sartika, 2022). Penelitian merekomendasikan pengembangan framework pemantauan digital dan penguatan kapasitas SDM untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas sertifikasi CHSE secara berkelanjutan.
